AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING
Wayfinder ships via Australia Post, and standard delivery is a flat rate of $4.95 AUD to anywhere within Australia. Express delivery is available for $9.95. For orders over $149, delivery is FREE.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Wayfinder Jewelry ships worldwide for a flat rate of AUD $24.95, and international shipping is FREE for orders above AUD $299. Wherever you are, we can reach you! We use StarTrack, a subsidiary of Australia Post, for all International shipping and your package is trackable.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
Once your order is placed, we’ll post to you within two business days. If Express delivery has been chosen within Australia your order will be shipping the following business day.
The following timelines are an estimate of when you can expect your order to arrive
- Standard delivery within Australia - between 4-7 business days
- Express Shipping within Australia - between 2-3 business days
- International shipping - between 7 - 10 business days, depending on your location
RETURNS & REFUNDS
I want you to love your Wayfinder pieces, and I know that buying jewelry online means that you don't have the chance to try sizes out. To take the risk out of your purchase of sized pieces (rings & bracelets) I am happy to offer you a full refund if they do not fit you.
To make this possible within this small business the refund offer is only available according to the following terms:
- Refunds are only available for rings & bracelets
- To be eligible for refund, the refund request must be made within one week of receiving the purchase
- The returned item must be received by Wayfinder within a week of the refund request being acknowledged (which will be within 24 hours).
- For international customers, the refund request must be made within a week of receipt of the order, and the returned item/s must be received by Wayfinder within three weeks of the refund request.
- The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable.
